We are devoted to helping Maui's Elders live their best lives. Hale Makua's Kahului location is a 254-bed nursing facility. The Position: We're l o oking for a passionate Shift Supervisor RN responsible for the efficient functioning of the PM or night shift to provide optimum resident care. Responsible for the necessary management and administrative functions of the campus (facility) when the administration office is closed. Assures quality of care by enforcing adherence to state board of nursing and state nurse practice act requirements and to other governing agency regulations. Completes guest care requirements by managing nursing and staff; following up on work results. Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Hawaii required. Minimum of 3 years of professional nursing experience with adequate supervisory experience required. Experience in geriatrics and current nursing standards of practice and management experience preferred.
