To learn more about our culture and other career opportunities, visit Proservice.com/career Role Overview Our Client Implementation function is focused on fostering great partnerships that make it easy to be a Client, activating solutions that engage and satisfy the Client's needs, while providing viable and scalable solutions that can be successfully delivered and maintained through our ongoing service operations. The ProService Implementation team is hiring a strong Corporate Trainer who is responsible for establishing and enhancing the ProService standards by delivering affective and comprehensive training at the start of employment and as needed throughout employment. Your duties will include working closely with the Implementation leadership team to determine areas to improve the employee onboarding experience, developing training curriculum for new and existing employees, and establishing methods to track employee performance throughout training. Responsibilities: Use instructional design practices and learning technology to identify the best solution to meet business needs Identify key metrics for learning effectiveness and monitor results to continually improve course offerings Partner with stakeholders and conduct analysis to design effective training and development programs aligned to business objectives Build and deliver an effective and thorough certification program to ensure readiness prior to each Associate receiving their first assignment Partner with Implementation leadership to ensure Associates are in compliance with ProService standards and procedures Requirements & Qualifications: Required Experience Minimum of 3-5 years of corporate training experience Minimum of 2-3 years specifically training software implementation Experience training individuals with various skill-levels, tenure, and personalities Prior project management experience with demonstrable success Possess a never-ending appetite for learning to broaden your knowledge Strong organization and time-management skills to establish goals, prioritize, and delegate tasks Creative and problem-solving skills to reimagine new ways to accommodate the learning needs of contemporary learners Impactful written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage learners Thorough research skills to identify reliable and relevant content for learners High empathy skills and understanding of affective teaching methodologies and the willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in teaching Technologically savvy Bonus Points Bachelor's Degree Human Capital Management experience, particularly in PEO/HRO HCM certifications Have developed training curriculum from the ground up Have administered certification processes Benefits & Perks Paid Parental Leave Student Loan Repayment Assistance 401k Company Match Generous paid time off including 7 observed holidays, floating holidays, and paid volunteer time.
