We are looking for an experienced Insurance Coordinator with experience, or knowledge in credentialing to our growing team! We are a dental management group located in beautiful Downtown Alpharetta. Our office hours are M-F8:00am - 4:00pm. The right candidate is somebody who is confident in their abilities and able to multitask, can be friendly but firm. Someone who has incredible communication skills: calling and collecting from patients in a professional and pleasant manner as well as insurance companies. Able to deescalate high stress calls. Working from outstanding reports with deadlines.Your key responsibilities are but not limited to...: Credentialing duties Identify claim errors, and errors with submitting Working outstanding claims & aging report, and follow up that payments are made Adjustments where needed Verifying insurance same day if needed Correcting patient files from errors highlighted in Dentalxchange Fee schedules Answer any questions clinics may have on the insurance front Training other insurance coordinators Understanding of HIPAA, Medicaid, & PPO Benefits:-Medical, Dental and Optical insurance-PTO- Paid Holidays-Opportunity for growth within the company-Dental & Orthodontics discounts
