DAY-TO-DAY This food service position typically has a 5-day work week that includes weekends and evenings .As a Cook / Sous Chef, you provide support for our executive chef as well as leadership for our kitchen staff. Each day, you manage the inventory, making sure ingredients are fresh and well-stocked. You enjoy assisting with the development of menu items, and you standardize recipes and plate presentations to provide a reliably excellent experience for our guests.Skilled in culinary techniques, you provide guidance to other cooks as you demonstrate new recipes and cooking methods.
