Description:
Reporting: The Custodian reports directly to the Director of Maintenance. Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedure and refill restroom dispensers. Clean, dust and wipe furniture. Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets. Empty/clean wastebaskets and trash containers. Utilize insecticides to prevent infestation of pests. Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies. Use as directed and follow hazmat regulations. Report major damages. Assist with the setup of facilities for meetings, conferences, events, etc. Assist with the uniform distribution and returns. Order First Aid materials and ensure that First Aid kits are stocked. Handle recycling materials. Safely operate equipment. Minor building maintenance and repairs. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Attention to detail. Ability to work well in a changing environment. Able to multitask and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills both written and oral. Positive personality / Team player. Experience: Minimum 1 year experience. Experience with Simply Accounting.
