Perform equipment commissioning, site acceptance testing, on-site preventative maintenance, on-site equipment troubleshooting and repair and provide customer training. We are looking for a skilled individual that is excited to be a part of changing how the world views our most critical resource - Water. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL DO: Travel to customer site to perform commissioning, Site Acceptance Testing, on-site preventative maintenance, on-site troubleshooting and repair and provide training to customers Participate with in-house Factory Acceptance Testing Provide feedback to engineering, project management and manufacturing Maintain detailed field service trip reports Work with engineering for drawing and software updated based on field service work performed Coordinate with customers on the procurement of spare parts Provide remote client support YOUR QUALIFICATIONS WILL INCLUDE: UL508A and NEC standards Wastewater treatment and chemical handling processes Process controls and instrumentation experience Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and electrical and mechanical troubleshooting Working experience with AutoCAD Proficient with MS Office Suite Excellent communication skills both written and oral EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL POSSESS: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering Three to five years relevant work experience preferably in manufacturing ISO Training to include OSHA10 and Confined Space Configuration WILL I NEED TO TRAVEL: Yes! Frequent travel is required both domestic and international.
