Chief Human Resources Officer Jefferson Healthcare ( www.jeffersonhealthcare.org ) has a unique opportunity for an extraordinary Chief of Human Resources . We have had a number of changes over the last year and we are seeking the final piece to our team. Our department and our organization are in a crucial transition phase. Our next CHRO must have healthcare experience including in a smaller hospital setting and with partnering with employed physicians. A strong yet approachable executive presence is essential and you must be a courageous communicator with a proven track record of infusing innovation into an organization. A background in establishing & delivering best in class leadership and employee development programs is required, as is a track record of designing and driving diversity efforts leading to greater inclusion and belonging. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 8-10 years progressively responsible experience in human resources management, in an organization of comparable size and scope. Must include experience in multiple HR disciplines (compensation, benefits, labor/employee relations, HRIS, employed physician group, etc.) Healthcare experience in small and/or mid-large sized hospitals required, Critical Access Hospital experience is a plus At least 3-5 years experience in labor negotiations/labor relations, preferred At least five years leadership/supervisory experience required Must stay current in knowledge base, meet Hospital-mandated education requirements, and maintain certifications and licenses as appropriate The selected executive must have the ability to bring immediate credibility to the human resources function through his/her professional qualifications and leadership skills as well as project the highest levels of integrity. Superior interpersonal communication and presentation skills as well as proven organizational skills are required. Human Resources Certification (SPHR, GPHR, SRHM-SCP or equivalent) preferred This is a full-time, exempt position.
