As an Auto Express Service Advisor, you are the face of our service center. When customers come in for repairs or maintenance, you greet them and assess their needs. Once you've determined what work their car needs, you provide each customer with a quote and document the work in their service record. Then, you communicate with our technicians to ensure that the work is completed accurately and efficiently.
