Job Overview The Human Resources Manager is responsible for driving and leading all aspects of the Ruggles Sign human resource function including HR administration, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, employment law compliance, training, and development. Assists in the development of strategic and functional HR initiatives and plays a key role in the delivery of HR programs. Responsibilities Responsible for development, implementation and administration of Ruggles Sign HR policies, processes, and procedures. Oversees benefits administration including processing changes, assisting employees with benefits issues, employee records management, leading annual open enrollment process and assisting executive leadership with annual renewal process by acting as a liaison with the benefits broker. Acts as employee relations representative by assisting employees at all levels with work related matters including but not limited to: benefits, compensation, leaves of absence, workers' compensation, career development, performance management, employee relations counseling and grievances. Collaborates with management to develop workforce planning and retention programs to analyze current workforce and prepare for future regular and contingent staffing needs. Works closely with internal stakeholders to develop succession plans as needed. Develops, administers, and tracks performance management and performance review process. Establishes Key Performance Indicators to link individual performance to company metrics. Ensures that Ruggles Sign processes and practices provide protection to the company in all areas including equal employment opportunity, employee relations, benefits, compensation, diversity and inclusion and protection from harassment and discrimination. Collaborates with executive leadership and supervisors to identify staff training needs. Develops and delivers various training to staff and coordinates training programs from external vendors as necessary. Experience Requirements Minimum 5 years of human resources generalist experience is required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, Business, or a related field. Human Resources Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred. Job Posted by ApplicantPro
