Education/Requirements/Knowledge/Skills: BSN preferred Requires current State of Iowa nursing license Maintains current BLS certification 2 years med-surg nursing required Home health experience preferred. Requires a 30 minutes response time to Emmetsburg for call Must have intermediate computer skills. EHR experience preferred Strong customer service, organizational, and multi-tasking skills a must. Basic knowledge of quality resident care Must be extremely detail-oriented, high level of time management skills, team player and able to adapt quickly to changing environment Must possess a valid motor vehicle operator's license.
