As a Legal Secretary, you are an essential asset to our attorneys and clients, diligently handling various tasks to ensure our cases run smoothly. As a skilled organizer, you compile exhibits, manage case files, and document details for hearings. Your contributions also include preparing correspondence, discoveries, and pleadings, enabling our attorneys to be fully informed about any evidence presented in court. In addition, you dedicate time to scheduling meetings, depositions, and hearings over the phone. With a friendly demeanor, you treat all individuals with respect. You particularly enjoy interactions with our clients and getting to reassure them of our support. It brings you great satisfaction to know that your administrative work contributes to our clients' victories. You take pride in the crucial role you play. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Computer proficiency Phone experience, including the ability to transfer and manage multiple calls The ability to speak an additional language would be a plus.
