Legal Secretary Financial Services Section ~ Jefferson City The Office of Attorney General has an opening for a Legal Secretary in the Jefferson City office. Responsibilities include processing payments made to the State of Missouri, preparing reports, drafting correspondence, and other administrative tasks. Qualified individuals must be detail oriented and should have excellent computer, clerical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook) is preferred, as is prior experience handling financial transactions or processing payments. Applicants must be able to exercise independent judgment, work well under pressure, and handle multiple projects while managing a large workload. Starting salary $38,811.61.
