We've been recognized as a "Top Workplace" for 5 years in a row. What You'll Do As a Commercial Loan Operations Specialist, you'll assist in originating, analyzing and closing commercial loans. Duties will include: Using information provided from Borrower or Broker, assist in completing our loan sizer and underwriting models to determine viability of a loan request Input information for potential deals into origination system Follow up with Brokers and Borrowers for status and required documents Review documents submitted for Letter of Interest (LOI), determine if the proposal meets Security National Life's lending parameters, and create LOI from template Various related projects and reporting for Management What We'll Love About You 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate Excellent computer skills required Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to adapt Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Managing multiple projects with defined deadlines Excellent client relations skills Review of commercial appraisals (ordering and analysis) What You'll Love About Us Great Company Culture .
