Apply for this exciting role today ! WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU As our Plumber Manager, you provide operations oversight and management of our plumbing department. Working alongside our General Manager, you lead our plumbers, company costs, and the company as a whole. With a strong sense of hard work, you focus on enhancing our operations, procedures, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow, service flow, management, business processes, and management reporting. You never shy away from being involved, so you are active when it comes to overseeing our plumbing jobs, ensuring they are correctly scheduled, completed within budget, and exceeding customer expectations. When client escalations arise, you are intentional to resolve them with diplomacy and grace. On top of being an active presence in the field, you also ensure that our warehouse if fully stocked, maintained, and the purchase order system is utilized, invoices are correct, and supplier relationships and pricing are reviewed and negotiated as needed. You are proactive when it comes to building and equipment maintenance and fleet purchasing and repairs. At the end of the day, your leadership assists in smooth operations for the entire company! 8 or more years of experience in the field or a related area Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures Driver's license and clean driving record Pass a background check Bachelor's degree in area of specialty field experience is preferred.
