KT Protection Services HR Manager - HNL Job Title: Human Resource Manager Location: [HQ - 401 Waiakamilo Rd C201, Honolulu, HI 96817] Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Manage recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Oversee employee relations and resolve conflicts and issues in a fair and timely manner. Manage performance appraisal processes and ensure that employee performance is aligned with business goals and objectives. Develop and implement compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and consistent with industry standards. Plan and coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data privacy and security. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or 1-year experience. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. HR certification is a plus.
