NIRA, Inc. is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support an FAA project that requires strong analytical and research skills, thorough understanding of financial and project management aspects, ability to collect and combine information from multiple sources to create a comprehensive picture of the project. The incumbent will be responsible for financial management of a project, which includes but not limited to: Providing contributions to business requests such as RPDs, CIP updates and CIT briefs, PLA documents, and other business and financial planning data and documentation Support Portfolio Management meetings as required. Provide financial and business planning to support AMS lifecycle planning. Develop and track business plan goals in SPIRE. Develop and track Program Budgets Assisting the PMO in developing current year and out-year F&E budget forecasts and justification documentation Conducting financial and business analysis, planning and tracking Ad Hoc briefings and data calls related to financial products. Creating cost estimates and ROMs Working with various stakeholders and teams, executive and management clients, peers and serve as a liaison for the project. Qualifications: Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Skills Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Ability to effectively prioritize, execute tasks, and meet deadlines. Excellent presentation and written communication skills A team player with strong communication skills An initiative-taker that needs minimum supervision. 12-15 years of relevant work experience FAA experience or experience with Federal Government Budget Formulation and Budget execution processes is required. Education: Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines.
