Viking Coca Cola - 2nd Shift Warehouse Manager Viking Coca Cola is looking for a Full Time Warehouse Manager for our fast paced St Cloud MN Warehouse location. This position is critical to overseeing the safe, cost-effective and efficient operations of the Warehouse. The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to; Oversees all facets of the daily loading operations, ensuring compliance with Company, State and Federal laws, policies and regulations. Facilitates teamwork with all staff members to drive compliance and better utilization/control. Promotes and enforces a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA and company policies and procedures with efforts to reduce work-related injuries. Conducts daily pre-shift and post-shift GMP walkthrough of warehouse. Ensures that throwing rates and order accuracy are up to company standards. Calculates and tracks loader incentive, errors, mispicks and load outs. Oversees the picking area layout, pallets, shells, premix tanks, and CO2. Seeks out efficiencies in warehouse operations and make recommendations. Supervising direct reports including hiring, coaching, training, terminating, performance feedback, work allocation, and problem resolution.
