To learn more about our culture and other career opportunities, visit Proservice.com/career Role Overview Conduct injury prevention/accident reduction evaluations and assessments focusing on areas requiring risk control expertise; Assist multiple clients (sometimes cross-industries) with developing and executing safety plans in the workplace utilizing the 6 step program; Follow up on accidents (and near misses) to discover causes and provide recommendations for abatement and/or mitigation; Analyze data to proactively identify improvement opportunities or new accident prevention measures; Handle client requests for training, site inspections or any other safety services offered by ProService; Develop, implement and execute new and improved safety training ideas and events. Requirements & Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years safety/risk control experience with proven track record for success; Safety degrees/certifications can be substituted for up to two years of experience. Demonstrates ability absorb new information rapidly. Strong ability to think strategically and operate independently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail. Exhibits continuous self learning through independent reading, attending seminars and engaging in networks and professional organizations. Excellent writing and analytical skills; competent with Microsoft Office. Familiarity with 1910 and 1926 OSHA/HIOSH standards and regulations as well as the ability to independently stay up-to-date with any compliance changes.
