Holiday Inn Express (located next to the Quad City International Airport) is currently adding a Part- Time Front Desk Guest Service Agent to our team! We are looking for an individual who is able to work Second-Shift . (3-11 pm, 5-11 pm) Must be available to work weekends. Hotel Address: 2100 69th Ave., Moline, IL 61265 Who We Are: Frontier Hospitality Group has been locally owned since 1950. We operate five hotels across four fantastic brands and our growth keeps climbing. We believe in a work/life harmony that fits our employees' lifestyles. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides high-quality customer service. Handles guest reservations. Answers and transfers phone calls. Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc. Other duties as required with the department. Qualifications and Requirements: Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience desired. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. EOE/AA/Disabled Veteran
