Location: Locations in or near Navajo Nation, NM, and Phoenix, AZ. Environmental Quality Management, Inc. (EQM) is a growing provider of environmental consulting, engineering and compliance, and remediation and construction management services to the industrial, public, and government sectors. The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting with all aspects of proposals for the company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Minimum of 1 year of similar experience. Assist in processing payroll, hiring new personnel, and project purchasing Bi-lingual in Spanish required 2-year college degree preferred Pre-employment drug screen, background checks and physicals .
