THE ROLE: We're on a mission to find our next great Revenue Analyst to work with us in our historic headquarters in downtown Syracuse at the Clinton Exchange (named for the creative exchange of ideas within). In this role you will handle all aspects of the income cash flow for one or more Shopping Center properties in the Pyramid portfolio. This will include billing, collections, revenue budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis and reporting. You will work in coordination with various departments to achieve Company objectives. What Will You Do? Prepare and maintain income budget, forecasts and income variance analysis in coordination with Financial Analyst Interpret lease provisions and maintain critical lease data and economics Ensure timely and accurate billing and collection of all monies due in accordance with each Tenant's respective lease Develop and continually foster relationships with tenant contacts for billing, payments and reporting purposes Coordinate with Mall Management, Leasing, Legal, Tenant Coordination, CADD, Accounting and Finance teams to ensure optimal performance of the property M ai n tai n s d ata i n t e g ri t y a n d c o n fi d e n tiali t y o f i n f o r m a ti o n . P r e s e n t collection status and income cash flow to supervisor and senior management team Sp e cial p r o j e cts / a n al y IDEAL CHARACTERISTICS: Bachelor's Degree 0 to 3 years experience in a related field Intermediate Excel Skills Proven ability to meet deadlines SALARY $48,000 - $65,000 a year + Bonus + Benefits JOB TYPE Full-Time BENEFITS Company paid Health Plan coverage, Group-Term Life Insurance, Short & Long-Term Disability Coverages, 401(k) Plan, Dental/Vision Plan, Educational Assistance Program and Recruitment Referral Program.
