We will continue to work relentlessly to become the Building Automation standard, providing big-picture insights and solutions for companies of all sizes.We are looking for Experienced Controls Technicians to join our growing team. Primary Job Function: controls technician for Building Management Systems (BMS) and Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems will perform service calls and work on larger projects in cooperation with a project manager. This includes working with DDC controllers, low voltage wiring, DDC graphical programming (ABB, Johnson FX, Distech, Tridium), wiring diagrams, and mechanical plans, as well as performing other assigned tasks as required. Work Hours: 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday with occasional overtime and weekends as required Compensation: $31+ per hour depending on experience Comprehensive Benefits Package: We cover 100% of the medical insurance for the employee and half paid for spouse/family (low deductible PPO), paid holidays and vacation, company vehicle, gas card, company phone, and laptop Required Qualifications: Valid driver's license & insurable driving record Must pass drug and background screens Experience with MS Visio Experience with controls Experience with DDC, PLC, or similar Ladder-Logic programming 7+ years of experience with diagnosis, programming, and repair of building automation systems Experience with Cylon, Distech Controls, and/or Tridium Niagara is a plus Experience with Tridium Niagara is a plus Tridium Niagara N4 certification is a plus
