*** PLEASE DO NOT CALL OUR OFFICE DIRECTLY *** Sharp-Long 72 Degrees Air Conditioning and Heating is a friendly provider of home comfort services based in Lee's Summit, MO. We're growing! We are looking for a CSR/Dispatcher to join our phenomenal team in Lee's Summit .This team member will be the first contact with our customers and clients. The candidate we are looking for must be highly reliable, an excellent communicator, have a positive attitude, and be self-motivated. Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Pay Range: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour, dependent upon experience + Benefits Benefits: On-the-job training, medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, flexible spending account, employee assistance program, paid holidays, paid every Friday Required Qualifications / Achievements: Prior dispatching experience - HVAC or other home service is a HUGE plus! Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills Experience working within the maintenance industry Advanced customer service skills Impeccable phone etiquette while "smiling through the phone" Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment Organizational competency Poised demeanor with excellent attention to detail Reliable and able to work on-site for determined hours Advanced computer skills High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Desired Qualifications / Achievements: Working knowledge of the HVAC industry Experience working with Service Titan dispatching software a HUGE plus Advanced level knowledge of software technologies, such as Windows OS
