M iss O uri S melting T echnology Inc., a Toyota Tsusho America Group Company , has immediate opening for full-time, direct hire experienced MAINTENANCE GROUP LEADER in Jackson, TN. MOST is a secondary aluminum recycler that receives, processes, and melts aluminum to produce high quality molten and solid products for use by other industries, including the production of automobile parts. Experience: Minimum 6 years related experience required. Previous supervisory experience required. High School diploma or GED. Position typically requires a technical degree or equivalent. Responsibilities : Lead standard operating practices, procedures, prescribed safety rules and regulations in the Plant Lead, direct and guide maintenance tm's; follow through w/ assignments given to others. Assign, schedule and supervise the maintenance and repair work of maintenance team members, i.e. fabrication, carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, welding, heating, ventilation, etc. Perform skilled work in maintenance trades areas; lead maintenance personnel in major projects; inspect and evaluate work in progress or upon completion. Troubleshoots production problems and takes preventative and corrective action; analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action Suggests methods for improving product quality or design or manufacturing processes On-Call - Respond to emergency site maintenance after hours and weekends as needed Estimate labor and material costs for replacement, repair, alterations and improvements to building, building systems, and equipment Responsible for ensuring TM's complete PM's in a timely manner Training - provides on the job training for inexperienced team members as needed Various administrative functions, i.e. approve time sheets, vacation/personal day requests, schedules mandatory overtime, assist w/ maintenance applicant interviews, evaluates subordinates, etc. Benefits: Health Insurance eff. 90 days 401k Profit Sharing Annual Bonus Program Tuition Reimbursement Offered $2,400/yr Paid time off Paid holidays Company paid life insurance Company paid short & long term disability **Health Insurance Detail Medical Bi-Weekly Deduction Employee Only $12.50 / Family $72.00 Vision Employee only $1.25 /Family $3.70 Dental Employee only $2.50 / Family $8.91
