HVAC Service Technician Work start and end time: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, Overtime, and Evenings on occasion) Pay Scale: Up to $38/hr DOE Position Summary: To provide maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or its equivalent Valid driver's license Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints. Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques. Experience assisting customers in repairing and replacement decisions. Advanced customer service skills. Willingness to acquire NATE certifications within one year of employment. (We will assist with helping you receive this certification) Demonstrate a willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles. Knowledge of airflow, air balancing principles, and techniques. Qualifications desired: Universal EPA Certification Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School NATE Certified 3 + years experience Insurable driving record Possess tools needed experienced service technician, service tech, journeyman technician, hvac service, ac, duct, boiler, service hvac jobs
