We at Excelsior Defense, are seeking an Armed Security Officer to become part of our exceptional team. The selected individual will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and guests.Responsibilities: Control access onto property Conduct foot patrols of the property Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security Warn violators of premise rules and regulations Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes Request emergency personnel for high risk situations We have 1 Part-time position available that can be made Full-time, hours are Thursday-Friday, 745AM-630PM and 830AM-130PM on Saturday, 25 Hours per work week, extra shifts available if upon request.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: $17.00 per hourSchedule: 10 hour shift 12 hour shift Day shift License/Certification: Class D Security (Required) Class G Security (Preferred) Work Location: One location
