If something on the network is broken, we fix it. What we do isn't complicated, but to users, it's critical, so we need people who are great with troubleshooting. We work as a team so if you can't figure something out, we have multiple resources to support you. The end goal is always to make the customer happy, and we've been doing it for decades.We get it, everyone wants to work from home, and we do too, hence our TotalRemote™ offer but our customers occasionally want to see your beautiful face. We are comfortable with you working remotely as much as possible but there will be times when you will need to change out of your pajamas, open the door, and let the sun hit your face. We hate it too, but that's business. Technical Sills Our customers have a wide variety of hardware and software. The following is what you will be working with the most. Servers - Windows - File, Exchange, SQL Firewalls - SonicWall, Fortinet, Barracuda Switches, routers, hubs, cabling Hosted Exchange - Multiple Platforms Security is a priority. The more aware you are, the better. Software Our customer base includes legal, accounting firms, and financial institutions. You will be asked to take a technical test as part of the interview process as it helps us evaluate your skill level. Personal Skills Must be adaptable and flexible. Must be able to communicate well verbally and with the written word. Must be able to handle stressful situations. Must be able to translate technical terms to non-technical humans.
