Is responsible for executing strategies that drive growth of the total Essential Cabinetry Group (ECG) portfolio. The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for managing existing account relationships and driving new partnerships with territory dealers and wholesalers. They will leverage ECG products, programs, and service solutions to best support the needs of our customers and potential clients. This position will be located in Ohio. Prior Cabinetry experience helpful. Responsibilities: Evaluate market size, target accounts and territory capacity. Secure sales with a portfolio of industry leading cabinetry brands through existing dealers as well as securing new dealer partners. Facilitate pull through business by calling on other industry based professionals and then directing them to our business partners/dealers. Drive market share in existing dealer and distributor accounts while consistently evaluating territory growth opportunities through new dealers and distributors. Partner with existing dealer and distributor base to facilitate growth in their revenue so that dividends are reflected in the revenue of ECG. Engage with our dealer partners on helping them grow their business with our portfolio of brands, best business practices, and marketing support. Development of time management and priority selling skills is essential for improvement of productivity and territory management. Identify and leverage local marketing and networking opportunities involving targeted dealers and distributors to maximize revenue. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for specified territory to increase revenue and profitability of the sale Keep dealers and designers up to date on new product introductions. Perform territory and account evaluations regularly. New business development planning and execution. Preserve and improve client orders by performing regular client visits with an emphasis on training of sales/design personnel on ECG product/policies Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years' experience selling dealers in the cabinet industry. Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs Excellent communication skills Organizational and leadership ability Problem-solving aptitude BS/BA in Business, Marketing or a related field **This position requires about 50% of travel but may require additional travel as needed.
