Brothers That Just Do Gutters in Richardson, TX is looking to hire a full-time Sales Solutionist / Sales Rep to manage our sales pipeline, meet with qualified customers, provide estimates, develop plans, and more. The first-year potential is about $60,000 and the 2nd-year potential is $85,000. Most reps are closing greater than 50% of their leads, so there's ample opportunity to earn significant commission in this role. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES SOLUTIONIST / SALES REP As a Sales Solutionist / Sales Rep, you create the first impression that our customers have of our company. Their experience begins and ends with you! Responsible for building profitability, you ensure that you are closing revenue opportunities and helping the organization set our monthly production plans. We have a robust marketing program which means that you meet with qualified, potential customers who have requested a sales consultation from us. Your sales territory would include Garland, Plano, Richardson, Dallas, and some outlying suburbs so don't worry, there's no overnight travel ! You arrive at customers' homes on time, provide estimates, sell the value of our services, and develop plans. You also create a prospecting plan focusing on generating leads. As you set goals, you ensure that you return incoming calls, participate in networking groups, maintain workflow through CRM, and do anything else needed to meet your goal volumes, rates, quotas, and gross profits. You feel good about leveraging your customer service and interpersonal skills to keep our business profitable and to keep our clients happy! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SALES SOLUTIONIST / SALES REP Previous sales experience Valid driver's license Clean driving record 2+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience is strongly preferred.
