This position will help us find other great candidates to join our sales, delivery, and warehouse staff. Viking Coca-Cola is looking for an HR Recruiter that is excited and passionate about recruiting top talent to join our company. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Work with department managers on full cycle recruiting plans as well as meetings Creation of job description listings Effectively fill and maintain optimal personnel in open positions Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation Proactively develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting Build networks to find qualified passive candidates Post openings in online venues, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues Aid public relations in establishing a recognizable employer of choice reputation for the company, both internally and externally Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates Coordinate information for college recruiting initiatives & career fairs, and review with department managers to determine the best opportunities Give presentations at colleges, attend student group meetings, and increase college awareness of the company before and after career fairs Manage the use of staffing agencies & headhunters Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements Conduct pre-screening interviews Assist in preparing and sending new employee orientation packages Improve & adjust the leadership training and new employee onboarding programs on an ongoing basis Collaborate with the HR, Operations and Sales Management departments in improving field training & new employee transition JOB QUALIFICATIONS Must be available 40+ hours per week depending on the demands of the job 2 years' experience with recruiting, training, employee retention, or new employee onboarding preferred Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills Excellent computer skills General knowledge of various employment laws and practices Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork Skills in database management and record keeping Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Possible Overtime Limited Weekend availability Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour We offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of: medical, dental, vision insurances, life, STD, LTD, Flex, 401k, Vacation and PTO.
