Sedulous is currently hiring for a Sr Logistics Analyst to join our team in Quantico, VA. The qualified candidate will provide support for government property process through management of lifecycle events. Candidate will provide expertise with logistics applications/systems and programs/data management, and interface with government principals. Specific tasks may include the following. Duties/Responsibilities: Monitor cost and performance across the product support value chain from design through disposal. Implement agreements to manage technical interfaces and work performed by maintenance activities. Establish periodic test and certification activities required throughout the system life cycle. Provide provisioning support, not limited to determining supply support requirements, recommending IIP quantities, providing initial provisioning support, and updating the annual PRS. Perform inventory and warehouse management, not limited to acquiring, receiving, cataloguing, storing, distributing, and replenishing support items, test equipment, and spare and repair parts. Plan, resource, and implement maintenance concepts. Provide on-site material fielding support, not limited to performing equipment and SL-3 inventories, conducting equipment and vehicle inspections (to include LTIs), preparing vehicles for delivery, and maintaining current equipment turnover documents. Support design change activities, not limited to participating in reviews of evolving vehicle designs; assessing changes for supportability and compliance to system specifications; and documenting procurement of material, kitting and installation, and fielding in ECPs and other program documents. Perform supportability assessments and support analysis, not limited to design interface, depot maintenance and overhaul, PHS&T, logistics support analyses (LORA, CLCA, SORA, etc.), and technical publications. Plan the acquisition and maintenance of support equipment (mobile or fixed) and performed facilities and infrastructure analysis to maximize effectiveness and operation and reduce total ownership cost. Provide comprehensive document and data management, not limited to defining logistics support requirements for system and sub-system specifications; developing, reviewing, and updating program documents, schedules, and cost estimates; maintaining ILA and LMI databases; and assisting to prepare and review vendor deliverables. Attend and supported logistics-related meetings and technical reviews and developed associated minutes. Identify MP&T requirements (including TADSS). Develop, update, and validate TMs. Provide DMSMS support. Use data system tools and enterprise supply databases (BEAST, GCSS-MC, etc.) to monitor, update, and analyze supply and maintenance data. Education and Experience: Education: BS degree in business or equivalent experience in related field 6-8 years of related progressive professional work experience Advanced Level in DAU Core Certification Standards for Logistics, or its commercial equivalent Demonstrated experience with DoD and Marine Corps logistics policies and standards related to document formatting, style, and content requirements. Working knowledge of the S1000D and the GEIA 0007 Standards. Experience performing Life Cycle Logistics and Logistics Management in support of an ACAT Level I - III program of record.
