A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONSTRUCTION LABORER As an entry-level Construction Laborer, you work day shifts with occasional overtime . Your daily tasks include assisting with construction projects, cleaning and maintaining job sites, operating machinery, and working with a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to our high standards. You are provided with on-the-job training to help develop your skills and knowledge of the construction industry as you dig trenches, compact earth, backfill holes, build and take down scaffolding, and more.
