Executive Recruiter Full time, Mercer County NJ Monday - Friday, In-Person Who We Need: We are currently looking for a Full Time Executive Recruiter to join our Team in Mercer County. What We Need: Someone that has "Out of the Box" recruitment ideas. Strong time management skills. Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels. Research and develop recruiting leads. Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods. Someone with effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills. Experience working in a PEO organization a plus. What You Need: Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years recruitment experience. Experience in a non-profit agency a plus. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS systems. Experience with using social media platforms as a recruitment tool. Valid Driver's License, successfully pass background check, drug screen and physical .
