Are you a natural-born leader with a passion for events and delivering exceptional customer experiences? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at Zilli Hospitality Group. We're seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Event Manager to bring our clients' visions to life and ensure the smooth execution of unforgettable events. As an Event Manager, you'll: Mentor and train Assistant Event Managers and catering staff to excel in their roles. Be the go-to person for event guests, ensuring their complete satisfaction. Conduct pre-shift meetings and coordinate with the entire team for efficient service. Maintain the physical integrity of event facilities and support senior leadership decisions. Ensure the profitability and smooth operation of each event, stepping in wherever needed. Continuously improve operations and develop strategies for greater efficiency. We're looking for someone who: Has prior experience as a lead server, shift captain, or supervisor Holds a valid driver's license and has reliable transportation to various event locations Can be flexible with scheduling (weekday, evening, weekend, and holiday availability) Demonstrates dependability and strong problem-solving skills Is proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (email and calendar) As an Event Manager at Zilli Hospitality Group, you'll be part of a team that values success, passion, innovation, and exceptional customer service .
