We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of the Proactive Family and help deliver the Proactive experience by providing stellar service to our customers. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00/hr. DOE Benefits: Health, Dental, 401K with 4% employee match, 3 weeks PTO after first year, Paid Holiday, Short Term Disability, and Life Insurance Work Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday through Friday, overtime as needed Position Summary: We currently have an opening for a service dispatcher / customer service representative . In this role you will be working with our technicians managing their daily schedules, working with our clients, setting appointments, and offering services and products. This is a fast-paced position requiring strong communication skills (verbal and written), solid computer skills, and the ability to self-manage while meeting performance expectations. If you enjoy being the hub of communication, managing your own work, and continually strive to provide exceptional customer service then we'd like to hear from you! Required Qualifications: Pass pre-employment drug and background screen High school diploma or general education degree Possess advanced customer service skills Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills Operate a multi-line phone system Must be highly organized Great customer service skills Great written and verbal communication
