You have at least 3 years of experience in Billing/Accounts Receivable and you are experienced in and enjoy using spreadsheets such as Google Sheets and Excel. You know your way around accounting software and may have experience in using Salesforce/Financialforce/Accounting Seed. You are detail oriented and ensure high quality in your work. You have a strong work ethic and have the ability to thrive in a remote work environment. You are a self starter and able to complete tasks without supervision, but you ask for help when you need it. You share a professional attitude and reliably finish your projects. About the Job We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist who works in the PDT or MDT Zone and who is truly excited by the opportunity of working with a dynamic team in a fast paced environment. You are a numbers person and thrive on calculations and tying things out. On a nitty-gritty level, we are looking for the following: You are comfortable and experienced creating billings and invoices You have experience making revenue entries and reconciling contract revenue You work well as an individual and as part of a team You ensure accurate revenue forecasting based on contracts and projects You work closely with account managers to track project changes to revenue and billing You look for and enjoy developing workflows and methods to improve efficiency We are an agency, so we are a creative bunch.
