A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SCHEDULING COORDINATOR As a Scheduling Coordinator you answer inbound calls from Caregivers and clients, assisting in making their lives as pleasant and independently driven as possible. You would serve as a liaison between Caregivers and Care Managers, managing all aspects of client's schedules. While those tasks are important, you also conduct follow up calls to clients and Caregivers, assisting in building long lasting strong relationships with AFNB.
