As a premier dealer group, we continue to provide the best buying experience and we need YOU to accompany us and join our growing successful family!Clay Cooley is currently looking for organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professionals for our Titles Department. We are driven, enthusiastic, and determined people who value positive attitudes and a willingness to learn!Job Duties: Processes all new and used vehicles for registration in the designated titled state. Title Clerk submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles. Verifies collected funds and Lienholder paid off information. Title Clerk checks for accuracy and completion of all application. Prepares payoff checks for new and trade-in vehicles. Title Clerk completes dealer trades and prepares Certificates of Origin. Signs over titles for all wholesalers who have paid in full. Processes/registers all vehicle warranties and extended service contracts, maintaining a log of all contracts processed and mailed. Job Requirements: High School Diploma; College Degree a plus 1 year of dealership experience and knowledge of Automotive Titles. Moderate computer skill levels (Internet and MS Outlook); CDK experience is a PLUS. Aptitude to transition from one task to another clearly and concisely Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team.
