Job Overview We are a leader in our industry providing regenerative medicine, medically integrated massage and rehabilitation. We have over 100 employees at our four locations in the greater Dallas area. We are looking to hire an experienced Financial Controller to work as part of our executive team to keep us growing and expanding at a consistent pace. You must be living in the DFW area and willing to commute to Frisco on a daily basis as weekly meetings held in person at our Frisco location. The Financial Controller is responsible for regular accounting and bookkeeping tasks in the organization. These tasks include; payroll, budgeting, handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing monthly income statements, and updating the computerized accounting system. The Financial Controller is also integral in financial strategies as they monitor expenditures and forecast revenue. Responsibilities Manage company's financial transactions Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents and expenditures Developing plans for company's financial growth Manage cash flow and forecast expenditures and revenue Responsible for the budgeting processes Forecast revenue and analyze profit margins Prepare company financial reports and analyze financial data Analyzing team member payroll to desired financial outcomes Brief senior management regularly on the company's financial status Weekly financial meetings and coordination with the executive team Oversee and ensure the accuracy of all company accounts Evaluating and managing financial risk Liaise with CPA oversight firm and tax accountants Establish accounting policies and procedures Providing financial training to employees when needed Processing company payroll Enter and pay bills Managing the accounting & operations assistant Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting Minimum 5 years experience in related field Thorough understanding of accounting principles Proficiency in Quickbooks and Excel Super efficient at 10-key Salary Highly competitive salary based on experience and years of experience Benefits provided: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, PTO and Paid Holidays
