You will be responsible for assisting the maintenance director with day-to-day tasks. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities basic minor plumbing - fixture replacement, drain snaking, leak repairs, etc. basic minor electric - fixture and device replacements, troubleshooting as needed painting complete preventive maintenance tasks grounds care record detailed maintenance logs maintain professional courteous manner with all residents and fellow employees comply with safety regulations maintain a clean and orderly work area ordering of supplies as necessary follow on call requirements Required Qualifications: applicants must be 18+ years of age high school diploma or equivalent possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record COVID-19 Vaccine : Per the CMS federal mandate, the vaccine is required for employees of Dove Healthcare skilled nursing center / nursing home locations .
