We are the Onsite Community. This position will report directly to the Finance Manager with an indirect reporting line to the Chief Financial Officer. Primary responsibilities will include supporting monthly financial reporting, analysis, and account functions as needed. Other responsibilities include providing support in the creation of the company's annual budget, monthly forecast, and monthly Operations reporting and analytics. Additional Responsibilities Maintain fixed asset tracking for all the company's assets. Maintain and distribute monthly Operations reporting and key metrics. Support client analytics, pricing, and proformas. Ability to create and maintain complex financial models and analysis. Support all reporting & analytics related client Patient Capture reporting and distribution. Assist in the preparation of the monthly sales, volume & profitability forecasts. Support HR reporting and analytics (Benefits, Time Off Accrual, etc.) as needed. Support accounting functions as needed in the preparation of all accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and monthly journal entries. Ensure process flows are documented, help e stablish best practices/SOPs and strategic approaches, work with team members to identify areas that are in most need of enhancement and implement any necessary changes. Strong business acumen and well-rounded analysis and decision-making required. Support the CFO, and any of Onsite's management team, on any special projects as needed. Education & Minimum Qualifications Required Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance. 2 years of practical experience preferred. Proficient Microsoft Excel skills (index match, vlookup, sumif, macros). Microsoft Access experience preferred. Strong general business knowledge and judgment. Strong analytical skills and excellent, polished oral and written communication skills. Must be able to prioritize and organize responsibilities to meet various monthly internal & external deadlines. Ability to give attention and focus on details yet maintain a broad perspective. Ability to multi-task, and provide structure and organization in a dynamic, high-stress environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management. Attention to detail is imperative while maintaining a broad business perspective.
