The Client Representative position is the go-between person between the Creative Services Team and clients of Elmington Property Management. The Client Representative is a subject matter expert in Creative Services offerings, and is responsible for assessing the needs of the client and basing recommendations off of the needs. From initiating the first kick off call, to discussing the creative needs for the property, to communicating proposals and the scope of work the Creative Team can provide, the Client Representative provides support throughout the entire creative process. Must be able to spot opportunities to add value at every stage of the creative process Balance speed and quality with a focus on exceptional results ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Management of ownership needs and communication between ownership groups and the Creative Services Team Intiate marketing kick off calls to understand the goals and needs of the client Create a proposal unique to each ownership group and the assets we serve Detailed account management Create and manage timelines Manage feedback, change requests, and additional needs from ownership, and effectively communicate those to the creative team Develop a full understanding of the Creative Services Team offerings Performs other duties as assigned SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE: Two years of marketing or client rep experience required in this industry or a similar industry PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Frequently sit, stand, and walk Regularly required to talk or hear Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate Temperature in the workplace is typically moderate TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Occasional travel should be expected, especially in instances of understanding an asset's physical location benefits, creative differences between area competitors, and how to enhance the outcome of a well-executed campaign against that competitive set.
