You will be playing a crucial role in ensuring a smooth operation of the legal team and maintain efficient workflow. Are you a Legal Secretary looking to work in a busy and rewarding role at a firm in Birstall Sacco Mann are recruiting for a Care Legal Secretary to join a thriving department at a specialist law firm who are a leader in the West Yorkshire Market. You will be playing a crucial role in ensuring a smooth operation of the legal team and maintain efficient workflow. The firm have various offices across West Yorkshire and have been established since the 1800s. They specialise in most areas of law and have committed and reputable solicitors working for them. As the Care Legal Secretary, you will be assisting a Senior Solicitor conducting care proceedings. Your will requires general secretarial support such as answering phones, speaking with new and existing clients, arranging appointments/diary management, saving and time recording documents on the firm’s case management system and typing digital dictation. The firm are wanting to speak with experienced legal secretaries working in care is a bonus and is not essential. You will have a strong attention to detail, have excellent organisational skills and be a fantastic communicator both on the phone and in person. Please note that this role can be full time, or over 4 days a week.
