The General Manager for J&J Vision Care UK & Ireland will play a vital role in the Johnson & Johnson Vision business in the EMEA region. As the General Manager (GM) for J&J Vision Care UK & Ireland, you will report directly to the Managing Director for Western & Northern Europe, and you will lead, shape, and implement the growth plan for the ACUVUE® contact lenses portfolio. As the GM, you will have complete profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for the markets and direct oversight of the sales and marketing organizations. While working in collaboration with functional teams such as Finance, Deliver and Customer Service, you will be responsible for implementing business plans and ensuring successful professional and commercial execution throughout the local market organizations.
