Twilite Security Ltd. a division of Scarlet Security and Risk Group (SSRG), is seeking full-time and part-time Security Guards to join our team in Nunavut. This position is responsible for security patrols, access control, property and asset protection, and other general security duties. Applicants must reside in Iqaluit, NU to be considered for this position. About Us: SSRG is one of Canada's leading security companies. Duties Include: Enforce regulations and intervene in emergency situations Log visitors in/out of site Provide Security for the Legislative Assembly during session Conduct scheduled interior/exterior patrols Liaise with Maintenance staff to report maintenance issues Ensure facility is secure through constant CCTV surveillance Comply with all security regulations of the organization Preferred Experience 1 year security experience is an asset Required Qualifications: Proficient with Microsoft office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent Customer Service Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently or in a team environment Willingness to submit to an alcohol and drug test Willingness to complete a criminal record check Must reside in Iqaluit, Nunavut Perks of the job: $19 per hour Extended health benefits and dental benefits Life insurance On-site parking Schedule: 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday Weekend availability Shift availability: Night Shift Overnight Shift Day Shift Language: Inuktitut (preferred) English How to apply: Please submit your current resume listing work experience and applicable certifications.
