Lead the Key Account team who manage the main points of contact, supporting them in addressing clients’ needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsible Lead the Key Account team in building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations. Help develop team members and their pursuit of new business opportunities within existing key accounts and in the broader market.
