The Role: As a Project Architect, you will be managing high-end residential projects from conceptual design to contract documentation and management through contract phases. Requirements: Previously worked as a Project Architect or in a similar role. At least 3 years of private residential projects experience in the UK. Experience with high-end residential projects and completion of at least two projects on-site Knowledge of UK planning and building regulations. Understanding of Vectorworks, Sketch Up, Enscape, and Adobe Suite. Skilled in managing all RIBA stages 1 to 6.
