In this role you will be able to: Utilise your expertise to design and analyze subsea structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and client specifications. Take a lead role in managing subsea structural engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Develop your knowledge and skill by working closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, offshore construction teams, and project managers to achieve seamless project execution. Conduct thorough risk backssments related to subsea structural engineering projects, identifying potential challenges and proposing effective solutions. Showcase your eye for detail when you implement and adhere to rigorous quality assurance and control processes to guarantee the integrity and safety of subsea structures. Prepare detailed engineering documentation, including design reports, calculations, and specifications, in accordance with industry standards. Engage with clients to understand their specific requirements, provide technical support, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. The suitable candidate will have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a suitable STEM subject.2-10 years of relevant experience in subsea structural engineering for the oil and gas industry. Proficient in structural analysis software e. g. ANSYS, ABAQUS and Auto CAD. Familiarity with industry codes and standards such as API, ISO, and DNV. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
