The Role of Field Service Engineer As part of the Service Team, you will provide on-location Service and Support to existing customers. By providing timely, quality repair, maintenance, and installation of CNC Router Machines, this position plays a key role in ensuring our customers experience reliability and superior customer service. Successful candidates will have experience in performing repair and maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment or machinery. This role is a field-based position, suitable candidate locations could include: Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Coventry, Peterborough, Birmingham, Northampton or surrounding areas. Duties and Responsibilities: - Professional Service, Installation and Maintenance of CNC Router Machines. - PPMs and reactive maintenance. - Electrical fault finding on control panels, wiring and AC/DC motors. - Trains customers on CNC Router Machines. - Resolves product and service-related concerns. - From time to time provides customer telephone and online support. - Conducts on-site service calls - Provides guidance and support to customers. - Work with Factory Engineers on product development and system upgrades. - Other duties as assigned, such as working in the office shop doing repairs or preparing machines Key Requirements - Must have experience servicing, maintaining.
