Passenger Wi-Fi, Train-Ground Wi-Fi, field networks , Backbone) are being deployed. Acting as a key member of the SLV Technical team in Montreal, the Network & Telecom Engineer is responsible for the management and success of all cross-functional activities (e. g. design, installation, testing, operational performance) related to these subsystems. Network & Links The Network & Telecom Engineer shall mainly coordinate with: Internal supplier and offshore SLV engineering team to coordinate the delivery of the design documentation. Onshore SLV Installation team to install the sub-systems. Onshore SLV Test & Commissioning team to validate the sub-systems. ---------------------------------------------- Mission --------------------------------------------- Objectives The main objective of the Network and Telecom Engineer is delivering the Network & Telecom sub-systems to the customer, with the right quality, within budget and on time. As an Engineer (member of the OIQ), he has the technical responsibility of supervising the engineering teams, as well as authenticating the engineering documents produced.
